Memorising
information
Don't
think revision means memorising
answers.
It is more important that
you can
- understand
ideas
- deal
with
information
- grasp
the
subject
Remember - the exam tests
what you know about the
subject.
If you do need to memorise
facts, use the best methods:
- wall
charts
and
maps
- portable
index
cards
- audio
tapes
- one-page
summaries
Memorise as much as you
can - but don't make a big
thing of it.
Learn the basics of your
subject.
Learn names, dates, formulas,
equations.
After that you should concentrate
on general themes and topics. |
