Background noise

Some people like background music whilst they are working.

If you find it soothing, make sure it's not loud - otherwise it will distract you.

Radio with people talking should be avoided. Too distracting.

It's really impossible to concentrate whilst watching TV.

Don't even try to revise in a room where TV is switched on.

Go somewhere else - your bedroom, or the library.

Relax and pass those tests!
