you won't be disturbed.
Sit
down
in
a
comfy
position
with
your
back
straight.
Close
your
eyes,
and
think
about
something
you
like.
It
can
be
a
word
you
say
over
and
over
again.
You
can
picture
something
you
find
pleasing
and
restful.
Imagine
looking
at
a
landscape
or
clouds
on
a
summer
day.
You
can
do
this
with
a
background
of
soothing
music.
Think
about
the
one
thing
-
and
forget
everything
else.
After
twenty
minutes
or
so
you'll
feel
deeply
relaxed.
It's
a
way
of
creating
a
sense
of
calm
peacefulness.
You
are
giving
both
your
mind
and
your
body
a
