lowering stress.
Use it any time you want
to feel better.
It's
especially
good
in
emergencies.
Stop
what
you
are
doing
-
then
sit
down
or
stand
up
straight.
Take
several
really
deep
breaths,
filling
your
lungs.
Breathe
in
fully,
and
then
exhale
slowly.
Drop
your
shoulders
and
allow
yourself
to
relax.
Count
down
from
ten
to
zero
whilst
you
are
breathing
out.
This
will
make
you
feel
that
your
stress
is
draining
away.
