you can't cope, try this relaxation
tip.
Stop what you are doing, and
close your eyes.
Sit upright in your chair
and take some long, deep breaths.
Breathe out slowly and completely.
Let your shoulders droop.
Sit upright, grip the seat
of your chair, and tense all
your muscles.
Then let your muscles relax
slowly, breathing out as you
do so.
You can repeat this any time
you feel tension rising
